Super high-rise residential hub
The project is conceived as a multi-functional super high-rise residential hub composed of three residential towers (B – 41 floors, C – 56 floors, D – 75 floors) anchored by a horizontally articulated office center (A).
The complex occupies a linear urban plot, framing the main avenue with an active mixed-use edge while opening a generous internal courtyard system
toward the greener, quieter side of the site. The towers are positioned in a staggered sequence (B–C–D) to optimize daylight, reduce mutual shading, and secure panoramic views over the surrounding city and landscape.
A ring of mid-rise residential buildings (10–12 floors) as a transitional layer around towers B, C, and D,
strengthening both the urban edge and the internal courtyard structure.
The towers are designed as slender prism-like volumes with subtly rounded corners, enhancing wind performance and giving the skyline a refined, sculptural silhouette. A pixelated curtain-wall façade alternates clear glazing with warm metallic panels and vertical ribbons, creating depth, dynamic light effects, and a readable scale despite the extreme height of the buildings.
An elevated promenade weaves between podium volumes and tower bases, forming shaded, weather-protected pedestrian routes and terraces that unify the ensemble at the +1/+2 levels. Generous ground-level plazas, landscaping, and recessed drop-off zones separate pedestrian flows from vehicular traffic, fostering a safe, comfortable microclimate and encouraging social interaction within the hub.
